Volunteers (updated 6/6/2011) -

The Board of Directors has received notification from our Treasurer, Dawn Baham, that she will be resigning her position. So, the Board is looking for two volunteers, one for Treasurer and one for Secretary, which has been vacant for two years. The Board is also still looking for one more person for the Architectural Committee, which has also been vacant for two years. These positions do not take up a lot of time and the Board generally meets every few months for an hour or two (or more frequently if there are issues that need to be resolved). The Board understands that these are volunteer positions and tries to schedule meetings when they are convenient for everyone. This is your chance to give back and become informed of what is happening within the community. If you are interested in being either Treasurer or Secretary, please contact a Board Member by, clicking here. The Board would like to thank Dawn for her hard work and keeping the HOA's finances in order.

Community Safety (updated 6/6/2011)-

Stop Sign
The Board would like to remind residents that there is a four way stop sign at the bottom of the hill at Heritage Farm Road and Stonebridge Drive. Many vehicles are disregarding the stop signs and driving right through them, often at high speeds. Now that summer is here, there are children that play in the neighborhood and on the streets so please stop at all of the stop signs within the neighborhood and watch your speed ---- Speed Limit is 25mph. If you see anyone speeding or running the stop signs and you know them, please talk to them about slowing down and obeying the signs. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pets (updated 6/6/2011)-

Dog
The Board has noticed dogs and cats freely roaming the development. Please be considerate of your neighbors. We ask that you please refrain from letting pets run loose. Keep them on a leash or under voice control at all times. We also ask that pet owners clean up after their pets and keep our neighborhood looking beautiful. Residents are urged to contact Animal Control (907-746-5500) as a last resort, if necessary. The Board would like residents to talk to your neighbors first before calling Animal Control. Thank you for your cooperation.

Snow machines and ATV'S (updated 6/6/2011)-

Stop Sign
The Board would like to remind residents that the Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions state in C-16 that "Snowmobiles and ATV's shall not be operated on the streets or utility easements of this subdivision. No snowmobile or ATV shall be operated when such operation constitutes a violation of state statutes". We have received some complaints and wanted to ask residents not to operate their snowmachines or ATV's within the subdivision and abide by the CC&R's that you signed when purchasing your property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Election (updated 3/12/2011)-

The Board of Directors met recently to count the ballots that were sent in December. The results are as follows:

Fred Payne and Scott Neel were reelected for another two year term to end in 2012. There were no write-in candidates. There was one person who volunteered to be on the Architectural Committee.

All of the changes to the CC&Rs passed.

If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Board. The Board would like to thank everyone who participated in the elections.
